THE SWITCH is the name of a coaching and training program. It is not a company name, a bank, or an investment product.
Every figure on this site describes my own, documented results with my own brand. They are shared as an example, not as a forecast. They are not typical. Results depend on your work, your market, your budget and many factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site guarantees that you will earn any amount of money, and nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
This notice applies under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where relevant, the EU GDPR.
What we collect. When you apply, we collect the answers you give in the form (name, email, WhatsApp number, country, your capital range, your availability, your motivation, how you found us), plus technical data (IP address, browser). When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you choose under its own privacy policy.
Why. To decide whether to offer you a call, to prepare and hold that call, and to contact you about it by email or WhatsApp. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your data, we do not run newsletters, and we do not add you to advertising audiences.
Where it lives. Applications are stored on servers operated by Vercel and Upstash (EU/US, contractual safeguards) and alerts are sent by email to the publisher. Calls run on Google Meet.
How long. Applications are kept for 12 months so that you can reapply, then deleted. If we work together, your data is kept for the duration of the program and the legal retention period for invoices.
Your rights. You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use: write to the contact address above. If you are in the EU you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Calendly calendar may set its own.
The program is sold only after a personal call, under a written agreement that states the price, the payment schedule (a fixed part at signature and a second part conditional on a revenue milestone, waived if the milestone is not reached within 12 months), what is delivered, and the cancellation terms. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer that can be accepted online.
